Hey all, today's review is on The Body Shop's Seaweed collection!
A couple of weeks ago I posted a question on my Instagram asking what the best products were on the market for Oily/Combination skin. I had been breaking out a lot and i guess me being me, I was looking for a miracle worker!
Anywaaaaays, to cut a long story short I came across this range and Hallelujaaaah I did because it is sure as hell the best £10 i have ever spent!

The consistency of this moisturiser is almost gel like, it's incredibly lightweight! Infact i don't think I've ever come across a product as light as it.
It's also fair to say that a little bit goes a long way with this, I've been using it for about 3 weeks and I've still half the tub left.
If like me you get incredibly oily by midday then this product is a must have! It provides a perfect matte base for your make-up without drying your skin out. Matte and hydration in one! perfect.

Again another God-send, this is the only facial wash I've ever used that washes off my face makeup effectively. It's also oil free meaning that it doesn't add extra moisture.
I look forward to washing my face with this product due to the refreshing scent of the product, it's almost similar to men's perfume? It sounds pretty wierd but I promise it smells good! :)

This toner claims to minimise pores but I can't say I've noticed anything with my skin at the moment, i suppose everyone's skin is different. But, on a positive note, this toner definetly lives up to the rest of the range as it helps eliminate oil production and makes my skin touchably soft!

The consistency of this product is gel-like which is perfect as it ensures that you don't use too much at once! It pretty much is the answer to my skin prayers! I use this after I have toned and cleansed my skin at night. It definetly does what it say's on the bottle, as i wake up in the morning with a perfectly toned matte face! As far as I can remember this is also the first over night treatment that actually works!

Overall this entire range is the best I've used in a VERY long time!
I can't quite believe how beneficial it has been to my skin as admittedly when I first bought the range I had doubts.. BIG doubts. I had used The Body Shop teatree range and been dissapointed with it.
I can't get over the range as not only does it provide immediate results but long term benefits also! Let's just say this will be a constant beauty must of mine for many months to come! Love it! If any of you do go out and try the range I'd love to hear your opinions in the comments below. Or, if you've used any of the products before please don't hesistate to comment and i'll get back to you. i don't bite, promise :)

Lots of Love, Atii xoxox

Hey girlies! If you didn't know already, I'm a foundation-hoe whose always been on the hunt for the perfect 'miracle worker'. In the past as soon as I' ve found a foundation that I'd think was right for me, it would result in blemishes or become too harsh for my skin *sigh*. Approximately a year ago the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation was recommended to me and I've never looked back!

Finding the right colour to match your skin tone is never ending battle as I'm sure you all know, let's face it, nobody wants to look like they've been headbutted in flour or custard!
Being Asian has meant that it has always been a 100x harder to colour match as most cosmetics have a pink or grey undertone. However when I consulted a make-up artist who works for the range I came across a new tone of colours by Estee Lauder that were made specifically for Asian skin tones; perfect!
I wear 2W1 Dawn in the Winter  and 3W1 Tawny in the Summer when my skin is tanned. I'd definitely recommend taking your time at your local counter when choosing your colour as this is a high coverage foundation so you really don't want to look like you're wearing a mask!
The foundation is oil free and non-acnegenic meaning it does not make you breakout at all, hasta la vista bad skin days! Also, another beauty of the product  is that it's semi-matte, leaving a neat and natural finish. Having said this, if you have really dry skin, I would recommend you use a nourishing moisturiser before using the Double Wear as it'll probably dry your skin out.

When applying the foundation you can use either your hands or a make-up brush;it really just depends on the finish you are after. For an airbrushed, defined look you would need a brush as the product can be harder to work with bare fingers.
If you are going to apply it with your fingers I'd recommend working quickly as it dries really fast which can be a good thing if you're looking to build up the coverage on bad skin days!

Overall, once you find your perfect shade to this foundation I can most definitely promise that you'll absolutely LOVE this product, it doesn't smudge or come off onto clothes, even after 15 hours. Also, this worry-free, long-wearing foundation stays fresh and looks natural through heat, humidity and nonstop activity. The long durability of this foundation is the reason why It's an all time love for professionals such as Air Hostess' and Models. I really can't fault this product and after being awarded the #1 foundation award year after year it looks like others can't either.
What do you think of the Double Wear? Leave your comments below :)

Love Atii xxxx

Hey lovelies! xo
I know I said i'd blog everyday but guess what, i never quite got round to doing it as you can probably tell.. (woopsieeee) Let's just say A-Levels and all the stresses that come with it are taking over my life.. quite literally. But hey, im here now reviewing one of Clinique's most hyped up product for Le Face! So grab a coffee or (CoFe2) if you're a fellow chemistry student and carry on reading.. ;)

CLINIQUE 7 Day Scrub Cream: retail price £18.50
I bought this product initially because I live in the UK where the winter is more of a diva than Beyonce, so my skin is in a constant battle with dryness, and breakouts. When i applied my foundation daily, I found that it didn't seem to sit properly and seemingly formed a crackly-broken layer. And as we all know, the key to flawless skin is a top foundation and a good exfoliator! I had both read and seen many reviews on this product before, so after a consultation with a beautician I decided to give this product a try!

As you can see, the consistency of the product is quite thick and nourishing, considering the bottle for this product is quite huge you really do not need much product at all which means it lasts for AGES! When i use this product i often only squeeze out roughly half the amount used in the image above.

Okay, so now you've seen what it looks like and how much it is you're probably wondering how to use it? Well I find that it works best if you wash your face with a face wash to begin with and then use this afterwards whilst your face is still damp. It leaves skin feeling INCREDIBLY SOFT and pores are left feeling a lot tighter! I know this is not the recommended method of using it by Clinique themselves however it really does take the product further and maximizes it!

I've been using this product for 6months now and I'm honestly amazed by it EVERY time I use it! Usually I begin to get tired of most exfoliators after a month or two as i feel that most products tend to stop working but the 7day scrub is just on a whole different level! My make-up is a lot more defined; skin glows and pores are tightened! Let me know what you guys think in the comments below!

I'd rate it a 5 out of 5!

Lots of love, Atii xxxxx
